OFerral, petitioner, as to whether a deed of trust lien held by Coolidge on 1/2 of a 7/8 oil and gas leasehold interest in 106 I/2 acres in Montague County shall prevail over a prior unrecorded assignment of 1/4 of that interest to OFerral.
